I think we are not kind of strict mommy. Some parents totally "ban" their children from any kind of junk food. It's not much fun for those kids in their childhood. too sad! My girls both enjoy their "junk food," but given the choice will often pick fruits or cheese or other healthy snacks. I believe this is because we have never "forbidden" any particular foods.
